Yesterday you installed a new Trane air conditioner at my Cape Coral home. The entire experience was so pleasant, I decided to write this letter.
My first contact with your company was with Cheryl. She is so friendly and scheduled me quickly and efficiently. She also called to remind me of my appointment a few days before the install.
Having trouble with my old unit, I called on a Saturday and Bill called me back, told me about the calls he was on and promised to come after completing those calls. He arrived at the time predicted, examined my unit, said it had a freon leak, and needed to be replaced. He wrote out three alternatives and I chose one. He filled my old unit with freon to tide me over until the new unit could be installed.
Yesterday, Matt and Nick appeared at my door, uniformed in your green shirts, and got right to work. They explained that it would take six to eight hours to install the new Trane. They worked worked quickly and efficiently and by 3:00 they were done. I noted several special things: shoes dirtied by work in the had were left at the door and only stocking feet touched my white carpet. Hands were washed before installing the thermostat so there would be no marks on my white walls. After installation, instead of heading home, they pulled me across the lawn (I’m in a wheelcharir) to view the final install which was very neatly done.
I hope that you have ways of rewarding such exceptional performance as I noted from your crew. They are “top notch”. I will call the FL Green Team for my annual maintenance and other air conditioning needs. I also will heartily recommend your company to my friends and neighbors. Thank you for your quality work.
Working with the FL Green team was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I interviewed a lot of companies but FL Green team was most responsive, offered great solutions, answered all my questions, and did more than the other companies (they really detail what they do). They are not hard sell but more about the customer experience. My main point of contact, Dave, followed through every step of the way. I had a very traumatic experience with an air conditioning leak (another company) so FL Green team recommended a great system with solid safety features and great warranty coverage. They knew I was traumatized, so they held my hand through the entire experience (Thank You!). They pay attention to detail and want to make sure you are a happy customer. I am because I have air that works very well and a great system. Every point of contact at FL Green Team is kind, considerate and patient. They even talked to me on a Sunday night. How many companies would do that? Now that is SERVICE!
Bill Nuwer is an absolutely outstanding service manager. I was an Operations Manager for a large fire protection company in Boston. We did in excess of $900k month in service. Trust me. I know a good one when I see one! Thank you for all of your help.

We originally had Reed (Owner) to our home 2 years ago when we began experiencing issues with our old A/C system. He gave us a thorough estimate, along with a detailed analysis of where we could change things in our home to save money on our energy bill. we were happy with the estimate, but decided to hold off as our old system was still working at the time.
Fast forward to Saturday, June 12, 2014 at 11:00 pm. My wife and I felt warm and were not shocked to see the thermostat at 81 degrees in our house. The next morning, we went through the quotes we had received from several local companies, and unanimously decided on Reed and the FL Green Team. We called Reed who not only remembered us, but went over our previous quote (from 2 years ago) with us. He redid a load calculation for our home to insure we were getting the the right size system, and said he could have it installed on Thursday that week. Within an hour, he called back to reschedule our appointment to Weds, because he knew we have two toddlers and we were all becoming uncomfortable in e 95 degree house.
The technicians arrived 10 minutes early and immediately got to work. Matt and Nick were professional and completed the job swiftly (I never saw them take a break). They went over the warranty paperwork on completion, and double checked the house to make sure everything was working properly. A side note: Both technicians spoke very highly of not only the company itself, but the character of Reed, the owner. To me that speaks volumes of a man and a company.
A few days later, we had a small issue with a leak in a duct and the system needed some final adjustments, which Reed himself and a technician came out to address immediately. A class act company all the way.
There are hundreds of options of A/C companies in Florida. I would highly recommend Reed and his team at FL Green Team to anyone looking for honest, quality work.
